Tarp in four hours.Claim handled.

Florida carriers deny more roof claims than they approve, and most denials come down to documentation. We photograph every plane, file the supplement, meet your adjuster on the roof and argue the scope line by line. You pay your deductible and nothing else.

How the claim runs

You make one phone call. We do the rest.

01

Emergency tarp

Same day, day or night. Photographed before and after so the carrier cannot argue mitigation.

02

Full documentation

Drone imagery of every plane, hail test squares, attic moisture readings, dated and geotagged.

03

Adjuster meeting

We are on the roof with them. Homeowners who skip this step lose scope almost every time.

04

Supplement filed

Code upgrades, decking, drip edge and disposal that first-pass estimates routinely omit.

05

Build & close-out

Installed to approved scope, inspection booked, final invoice matched to the carrier's numbers.

Read the roof yourself

Signs a carrier will accept.

Do not climb up to check. Photograph what you can see from the ground and call us - most of this is visible from a driveway.

Granules collecting in gutters and at downspout splash blocks
Shingle tabs lifted, curled or missing along ridges and edges
Dented soft metals - gutters, vents, AC condenser fins
Bruised or fractured shingle mat where hail struck
Fresh water staining at ceiling corners or around vents
Florida claim deadlines

One year to file. Do not let it lapse.

Florida law gives you one year from the date of a windstorm to file a new claim, and eighteen months for a supplemental claim. Waiting also weakens the causation argument - carriers point to wear once a season has passed.

What we never do

We do not offer to cover your deductible, and we will not sign an assignment of benefits. Both are illegal or against your interest in Florida, and any contractor offering them is telling you something about how they operate.
